Nick Fury

I think Nick Fury is one of Marvel's coolest characters, going back to when he was Sgt. Fury in their war comics. His evolution into a superspy just made him even cooler. Here's my shot at the character, complete with some James Bond-ian ladies and psychadelic colors in tribute to Steranko.

Halo 3: ODST

I'm an unashamed fan of just about all things Bungie. I've been playing their games since way back when Marathon was a groundbreaking FPS (I've played Pathways... too, but man that was tough). Needless to say, I'm excited for Halo 3: ODST, so here's a little fan art:

My entry for Faction Skis' design contest. The contest is closed now, so hopefully my vote campaign paid off! The winner gets some cash and a pair of the skis that they designed.

Long time, no posts

Wow, I'm fairly terrible about updating this... Here's some finished work from the past few months!

This next piece is a character sheet for a contest at Penciljack, followed by the character racing his vehicle of choice. This is from September or so.

B.P.R.D.

Wow, long time, no posts... Here's something from late November - a team shot of Mike Mignola's B.P.R.D. for a drawoff I set up over at PencilJack. Guy Davis is the series artist, and it's the best comic out there.

August Championship Entry

For August the theme was "Superhero Vacation Photos." This was actually a bit of a challenge for me since a) I rarely draw superheros, and b) I can't think of the last time that I drew humor.

Inspiration struck on the golf course one day, and since I can only imagine the frustrations Wolverine would have while playing golf with Spider-man... well, this is what I came up with. I'm actually really surprised and happy with how easy a time I had with it, and I'm glad I thought to use Wolverine's uniform colors on his golf outfit.
